Items are inspected within 5 business days of when item/items have be received.
Designer/Client is notified via email that items have been received and are in good condition.
Items that arrive damaged, the Designer/Client will be notified and appropriate documentation will be emailed to the Designer/Client.
The Madd House has both a Dock and Ramp to Accepts both Large and small shipments.

Designer/Client receives 5 complementary business days of storage from the day Designer/Client is notified by email that the item/items have been received in good condition.
Storage rates are prorated
Storage for large projects with pricing per bay is available.

Large deliveries can be priced a la cart or hourly.
Deliveries are scheduled Monday - Friday 9 am to 3 pm. Afterhours, Weekend, or Holiday deliveries are available upon request at an additional fee.
Gloves are always worn with special fabrics and light color materials.
